Physical Properties

Whiteness
The whiteness quality of M-FLEX has created a favorable impression worldwide.
The unique blue-toned white makes a clear impression in keeping with contemporary trends.

Transmission
Positive transmission creates a good effect at nightand a poor effect during the daytime.
Consequantly,a proper light transmission balance must be maintained for overall day/night quality.
Thickness,density and warp and weft fiber uniformity are factors that we adjust to create
the excellent transmission balance for wich MFLEX fabrics are internationally known.

Tensile strength
M-FLEX has over double the tensile strength of comparable fabrics-essential for perfection in
the processes of fabrication and installation.

Dimensional stability
Flexibility sign fabrics are judged effective relative to their shrinkage and relaxation through
the course of daily and seasonal temperature changes.Certain laminated fabrics have up to 10%
transformation, while M-FLEX has less than 1%.The end result is that M-FLEX advertising signs make
a constant,high quality impression regardless of temperature fluctuations.

Dirt resistance
Exhaust gas and dust contaminants may be cleaned easily and perfectly as a result of M-FLEX special
anti-soiling surface treatment.

Weathering resistance

The PVC component can be isolated from the fiber through the deleterious effect of acidity,alkainity,or
other chemical effects.M-FLEX contains a special anti-chemical breakdown treatment.

Anti-wicking
Exhaust gases and minute dirt particles can be drawn into a fabric through osmosis.
This results in dirt 'wicking'along the warp and weft fabrics lines which in turn creates an unsightly,
soiled apprearance.All M-FLEX has a complete and thorough Anti-wicking treatment.
